Fitness First...

As you may have seen from some of my earlier blips, I have recently joined a dance and fitness club in Shoreditch. I am totally addicted! Did a yoga class yesterday lunchtime and returned to work refreshed and relaxed. Going to try the 'Bend it like Barbie' class next! :)
