Balnagask.

M goes away with the boys tomorrow for a holiday in Norway; since it was still very light when we got home from work, we decided to have a game of golf at Balnagask. The light was lovely but it was absolutely freezing, which we're both blaming for the fact we played terribly. Still, it was good fun, good exercise and we got to play for free because the man wasn't in his hut to take our money. Took this photo over the harbour as the Hildasay Ro-Ro (roll-on, roll-off) began her journey up to Shetland with her lorries and containers.

When we got home, M finished packing while I made a Spanish chicken-and-chorizo bake for dinner, and then we relaxed and watched a bit of TV before bed. Mum and Dad arrive tomorrow and the house is looking lovely - I'll be sad to wave M off for 5 days, but excited to see my family :)
