This moment the only moment
Off to the last session of my mindfulness course tomorrow. If you haven't heard of mindfulness, it's basically the practice of building awareness of yourself and your surroundings, and recognising that this moment is the only one we can truly experience. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow isn't here yet. Carpe diem and all that.
It's a meditation based practice that focuses on being rather than doing. I have found it very beneficial especially at stressful times in this busy world.
