Pork Chop

Spice-rubbed pork chop, sautéed turnips, and an elaborate salad (romaine, feta, pepperoni, pickled turnips, olives, Guindilla peppers, radishes, and a shallot vinaigrette). Wine: Château Haut Nadeau Bordeaux Supérieur 2005.

All was very good. The salad was excellent.
