Trip out!

Albeit just to the park over the road, but it was lovely for AJ to have some timeout of the care home (first time since November 2021). I had to sign/complete a 3 page form before going out.

Although a bit breezy, the sun was out for most of the time which helped take the chill off. A lovely park, large display of daffodils.

Arriving back at the home, we were hopeful that we could use the services of the little coffee shop in the reception area. However, we were directly informed by the manager that visits are still restricted to having their visit in their lounge or coffee shop. Oh well, back to her room.

Update on the flat tyre - couldn’t be done today, hubby visited a local tyre store to check if it could be repaired - no go - so new tyre on order and going to be fitted on Friday.

Finally, wishing our daughter-in-law a very happy 30th birthday :x). Xx
