Every street has one

This house had let the ivy completely cover the pavement. Apart from being an eyesore I have seen prams & wheelchairs have to go in the road.
Despite 6 months of visits & warnings from the council nothing was done.
Today 2 chaps turned up from the council at 8:30am with chainsaws & it was soon sorted.
I dare say the miserable fucker can expect a hefty bill in the post.
