View of the hills

I took a long walk round to pick up my paper and then on to Mary’s for a coffee this morning.  Then I drove over to Livingston to see Mark.  The dietician was there when I arrived which was useful as it was a good opportunity to find out what kind of food Mark will need when he gets home.  It turns out that he will probably be coming home tomorrow :-)
