Cop car?

This looked just like the police cars of the 1950s (bells not sirens in those days). It looks more like the Riley 2.6 than the Riley Pathfinder version.  Sadly wedged between 2 trees where some wannabe thieves tried to tow it out from its last resting place about 15 years ago.
