View from our retreat window

It’s very quiet here and we watch geese, sheep, hens and even a peahen through the window. I enjoyed a very nice free range Green shelled egg for my breakfast this morning. An infallible way to be sure of a soft boiled egg every time is to place in cold water, bring to a full boil and time for 2 mins. This morning I only had a very big saucepan so more water needed but it still worked.
