Pancake Day....

....a week late.

Firstly can I thank you all for your kind words on my milestone Blip yesterday. This website is nothing without each and everyone of you.

Last Tuesday we were all riddled with Covid so enjoying pancakes was delayed by a week...totally worth the wait.

Again I just stuck to sugar and lemon....why mess about ;)
