A View From Above

This is a neighbor kitty.  I think her name is something bewildering like Otis.  She's quite beautiful and resembles The Handsome Neighbor.  Unfortunately, she's overexposed here so you can't see the similarity.  Obviously a bright, sunny day with just a bit of a breeze.
