1. Shoreline north of Duluth, Minnesota
2. Duluth, Minnesota...port city on Lake Superior. You can see people out of the ice.
3. Blue ice
Blue ice occurs when snow is compressed.. During compression, air bubbles are squeezed out, so ice crystals enlarge. This enlargement is responsible for the ice's blue colour.
