Dan and Hilda

I had a picture from this morning that I posted but really didn't like. I just decided to see what Dan and Hilda were up to... and well it was a much better blip. Today once I got home from school we were hunting for chickens that had decided hanging out in the woods is a fine choice. Of course it's the 2 youngsters and an older chicken who has joined their cohort. Avi came strolling back all by her lonesome. I figured she was giggling inside how she had led the other two out in the woods and left them there. Eventually Chewy came scurrying back all flustered but no Goldie..... After we wandered around back in the woods calling I figured she was going to have to spend the night out which would not have been fun or a good thing but to my relief she made it back to the coop while I was still out looking for her. I gave them all a scolding and asked them what they thought they were doing but I didn't get a good answer. Anyway, they are all tucked in tonight.
