Stitching

Having spent most of the day in Freya's room helping her declutter and organise her wardrobes I was glad to sit down tonight. My hands felt empty with no knitting to do so I picked up my patchwork squares to do some stitching and embellishment. I want each one to have its own character before they are joined together to make a quilt for Freya. I'm just shy of half way through and hope to get the sewing machine out tomorrow to make some more of the squares I have cut and prepared. I'll be up early for the sunrise so will have the whole day to enjoy.
