Ouch!

I had to go down to Mintlaw this afternoon and I usually pop in past Pitfour lake.
A fine end to the day although it has been rather windy.
Earlier, I had my annual MOT - blood samples, blood pressure, ECG, oil change etc
I had the added bonus this year of an anti-shingles jab.
I feel a bit like a pin cushion!
