A visiting artist

I went for a walk around the village this morning.  The sun was shining but there was a bitter wind.

The village is popular with artists and this man had done a beautiful oil painting of the moat and castle.  He was very tolerant of people talking to him as he worked and didn't seem to mind interuptions.  It must have been very cold standing in one place though.

This afternoon I went to play for the European dance group.  I hadn't been for few weeks due to other commitments so it was good to see everyone again.
