Can't resist

Such a pretty, sunny looking day but it was bitterly cold with an east wind.  However the hellebore looked lovely and don't seem to mind the cold.  The daffodils will be open the minute the air warms up... they are poised!
The house felt very quiet today.. far less laughter and no kitten thrown into the mix.. even the birds noticed that they were not being pounced at while feeding at the window.. they are much more wary though.  We will see how long their collective memories are!
The development next door is done and is going to be rented out at £775 /night
