Sunshine dips

Another gorgeous day, Josie and I were out early to enjoy a sparkly frosty sunrise. A productive morning in the garden. In the afternoon it was time for our monthly Mental Health Swims meetup. I love how it’s a mix of regulars and new faces now, and this time we had a gentleman come along and join us too which was awesome.
