Blue sky and ice cream

Bit of a sniffle in the morning - negative test.
Beautiful sunny morning, but quite cold. Had a walk along the river from school brae to Cramond and then a bit further along the beach - the tide was way out.
By bed time feeling awful and had a terrible night with aches and pains, fever and chills.
