The allotment

I walked to church in lovely sunshine but it was very cold. Walking home the sun had disappeared. I called into the allotment to see how Kate and Mel had got on. Wow what a great job they had done. Totally cleared the 2 big beds of weeds. The girls enjoyed playing together.
I spent an hour in the garden sorted out the back wall  planting the shrubs I bought on Friday. It does look so much better. I just hope the cats don't come in and mess where I have cleared. 
I spent the rest of the afternoon reading. A lovely relaxing day.
