Liverpool skyline

Felt like shit after two hours sleep. It was too nice a day to waste though. So, after checking the tide times, we popped over to New Brighton.
A lovely stroll to the lighthouse & along the beach to the remains of the Black Pearl. Then an enjoyable walk back as the tide was coming in.
Everything seems better when you have spent time hearing waves on the shore.
