Sunday

Didn't have a great night, woke at 3am feeling sick. Eventually got back to sleep. 
Woke still feeling sick. As I sat and sucked on my tablet, the birds outside were so noisy and flitting about everywhere. Caught this one on the wing mirror of a car from my window. 

Again my stomach has been sore today, I definitely was feeling better last week. I haven't moved from the sofa today.
