A chill wind
It was sunny at Frensham Little Pond but cool unless you were able to find a sheltered spot. It was busy, too, with lots of dogs walking their humans and good to see lots of children playing and running about and even one or two splashing in the pond in their wellies. We usually stop for tea but today was just too busy and just too cold to make it an attractive proposition.
First thing, I watched Sophie Raworth interview Sir Tony Radakin, British Chief of the Defence Staff. I was impressed by his calm, authoritative manner and his straightforward approach to the war in Ukraine. I felt reassured that there is at least someone in the wider leadership team who knows what is what.
I will be watching the remake of the Ipcress File later this evening.
