Up on the Downs

We went on a circular walk over Graffham Down with Hector today. It was the first time any of us had been there and it was a really nice route, which had views, Bronze Age barrows and plenty of off-lead time for Hector. He only ran off once today, in pursuit of a Labrador running with a pair of cyclists, and he came back to the whistle, so it was a good walk all round and, as I type, he’s sleeping it all off.
