Birthday Coelacanth

Jono’s 60th birthday dinner and this was a comment by one of the other brothers as the chunky chocolate cake was carried in,  although it’s OBVIOUSLY a brown trout. 

Started the day planting some snowdrops out on Dad’s grave and then dropped off some things to be valued in Petersfield before buying Jono’s birthday present, a prescription from the Book Doctor at our local book shop which seemed an admirable present.  You pay up front for them to come in for a cup of coffee and a chat and be ‘prescribed’ a suitable book a month by the shop owner

Planted some lily bulbs in the afternoon and dinner at Jono’s in the evening.  All the brothers were there well done @xtoph1 for journeying south with toothache…I hope the whisky helped!
