All clear

Back to parkrun after 11 days self isolating and very happy to be tailwalking.

We set off at a decent walking pace too which one of the two men I was walking with maintained, leaving us behind after about a kilometer. The other man decided to jog after 3 kilometers and we quickly caught up with my friend Emma who I then walked with to the finish. 

Emma spent six months in Paris last year and hasn't forgiven me for asking her to watch and review  'Emily in Paris'. Jim has tasked her with reviewing Fraggle rock. I am pondering my next selection.

I cut the grass in the afternoon which was exhausting and made me realise that I need to take things easy for a little while longer. Going to relax tomorrow.
