Very Windy

It has been very windy all day, which makes very hard walking, and standing still to get a photo!  The extra is a photo that was taken from the same spot yesterday.

I went to church via zoom this morning, the hymn for today is 'Be Thou My Vision.'  I then had a nice walk along the lake and around town.  Because it is so windy, I have given myself the rest of the day off, so ended up with just over 7K steps.

Am back to watching the Paralympics, very pleased to say that one of our 3 competitors actually won a Gold Medal yesterday for the 'Men's Sitting Downhill Event'.  His name is Corey Peters.  We are so proud of him.

Suppose to rain tomorrow, so don't know if I'll get out walking.
