Night time mate

Having Bi polar, about 2 weeks ago I suffered a short period of elation. Thankfully only lasting 1 week. It was brought on by subscribing to Sky box office. My better half had Sky put in and thought that she would treat me to a Saturday night of Boxing. Well that was enough to send my mood spiralling. A few fellow blippers i know will know exactly what I am feeling when this happens. So its no more Sky box office for me and back to Google to play either radio 2 or something relaxing for bed time listening.
