Chilly, cloudy Saturday

We went for a long walk this morning up the hills from our house. The white tented town in the middle distance (of my blip) is ready and awaits the return of the Cheltenham Festival punters.

The sun came out briefly in the afternoon but made little difference to the chilly wind.

I went into town for an early evening voluntary shift. It was raining and even colder as I came home. Our newly planted garden shrubs are really struggling to grow at the moment.
