The Power of Green

Grantown Health Centre has recently set up this imaginative and therapeutic iniative to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of patients. It includes a pond, inhabited by a pair of mallards, woodland walk sometimes featuring red squirrels and feeders frequented by amongst other birds, assorted tits, tree creepers, robins and chaffinches. As so many Blippers know the therapeutic power of engaging with nature is immeasurable.
