River Lowther

After a lie-in, I met up with my mate Dave and we had a stroll along the banks of the River Lowther and then up to Lowther Castle and back to Askham.
Finished off with a mediocre pint at The Sun in Tyrel. I don’t think we were impressed with the beer the last time we went so it has now been officially black-lister ;-)
