Sauce

Yesterday's picture was a potato wrapped crispy (runny) egg served with mushroom risotto. 

A slowish start to the day, and I was too lazy to go Parkrunning. Not really over indulgence, although I was still quite full, just a lack of enthusiasm.. The weather has been cold, grey and drizzly all day too which didn't help. 

I think I got a bit carried away buying the chillis ( I succumbed and bought plug plants, I never have much luck growing them from seed). If they all survive that's quite a lot of hot sauce to make.
