Operation wrist

We took Owen back to nursery this morning then it was up to Oswestry to drop Louisa off for half past 11 for her carpal tunnel surgery that "could be a long wait". So I headed home for a long run and off to do some shopping before back up to Oswestry to pick up the patient, back to nursery and finally home for Louisa's choice of Pizza Hut takeaway.

I got this picture at about 10 to 3 saying she was just ready to go down to theatre. Surgery done she's all bandaged up, a bit swollen, and under strict instructions not to do anything...we'll see how well that goes.
