Not now boiler!!

We are soon to have the surveyors visit related to the sale of our house and this morning we were greeted by a leaking boiler, lots of wet bed linen and towels, and water dripping through the dining room ceiling. The boiler is on a service and maintenance contract and the earliest the company can come out to us is Tuesday! So we have no heating and water on a temporary basis as the only way to stop the dripping is to turn off the water. And just to add to the fun Barry's friend from Norway arrives on Monday morning to stay for a week.
