Crocuses

They’re just starting to come out around the church. I walked to the hairdressers early and it was lovely, quiet and no wind, just fresh air. Norm went up to school to watch Joe in assembly. The class all had a few words to say about rocks and their structure. Joe loves things like that and gives it 100% attention. He was well pleased to see Grandad there and rushed over to give Norm a big hug before he went to his classroom. We went OUT tonight. Who knew you could leave the house and meet your friends after dark? We met the friends we go away with every March and we haven’t seen 4 of them since March 2020. We all went to Devon and came home to lockdown 3 days later. We all scrutinised each other and decided we don’t look any older…….probably because we were old already. Plans are afoot for a city break in August.
