Much Loved

This is a very special picture bought for me by Mrs MD a good few years ago. The view is very similar to the view I had from my bedroom window before we married.
Painted by local artist Donald Crossley (who I knew - we used the same picture framer).   The proportions of Stoodley Pike seem to cause  problems for many artists, but Donald has got it 'spot on'. 
it pleases me every time I look at it.
