Thunderbirds and International Rescue IF ONLY

I believe I am at three years of posts with this one or maybe its tomorrow.

This blip is of Scott Tracy a fictional character in Gerry ( or possibly Sylvia ) Anderson’s 1960’s television series Thunderbirds are Go.

I remember my younger brothers having Thunderbird costumes when they were boys. Scott was given his name from one of the crew of Mercury 7.

International Rescue was conceived as an international life saving organisation.

I saw Scott in a box outside a shop in Stratford upon Avon today. His colours and what the the Children’s Programme was about resonated with me today.
