Out with a friend…

… for coffee and a bacon butty. A lovely way to pass the morning (and lunchtime and half the afternoon).
We did mean to have a walk along the beach to see whether the ancient forest is still visible on the sand but that was scuppered by the sea defense barriers at the top of the slipway. Plan B was a walk up to Fort Hommet but the wind somehow blew us straight into Vistas
