Flood(light) of support

I know we all hope much more concrete assistance, beyond a light display, will be done to help Ukraine. And is being done...
Still, it's important symbolism of shared support and solidarity. 

I've been thinking all day of the video I saw this morning of a young man speaking from his apartment. His wife just gave birth to their first child, a baby named Luke. What a world of destruction he's born into. 

W. and I cut short our walk around town this evening...it was f-reezing! Typical March - I feel colder when the mercury starts rising, just a little bit, than I do in deep winter. 

Grateful for the heat in our snug house.
