2622. Horseshoe Bay

We took a bus ride to Horseshoe Bay this morning and it was a bit disappointing as the re-development of the bay is a massive building site and we couldn’t gain access to the harbour or the marina itself.  We stayed for a coffee then headed back into the city and took a trip over to Lonsdale Quay for lunch.

We were going to go for a swim this afternoon but the pool is outside and it looked a bit cool out there today…so we chickened out!

Our neighbours at home have some friends who live in Vancouver so we got in touch with them a few days ago and we’re planning to meet up with them for a coffee on Saturday again at Lonsdale Quay which should be fun.

Not sure what we’re going to do tomorrow but Saturday and Sunday are taken care of as we plan to do a Flea Market on Sunday.  Our holiday is rapidly winding down which is a bit sad really…..
