Tree trunk

The sun failed to make an appearance again today but we still managed  our doggie walk. We visited the quarry for the first time this year, a bit muddy underfoot but all four doggies had a good run and a mooch.

Todays blip is the bark of a silver birch tree, I love all the ruffles and the lichen.
