Yet another planning application

For the field just at the bottom of this street, now for 97 houses, instead of the previous application 2-3 years ago which was for 125, but still more than the original one for 76 houses.  It seems there is no recognition of the railway line, or that the proposed access road would be through the electricity sub station. 
Significant that the notice has been attached to a stob placed to catch the eyes of the dog walkers.
