A grey day at Polzeath
The forecast was for 'sunny intervals' which didn't really happen! This was the sunniest and it was short-lived. A friend from 'up-country' as they say here, was visiting and he wanted to go to Port Isaac to see if there was any filming for Doc Martin going on. We saw lots of film crew and their vans, and a Christmas tree on the Platt, plus Christmas decorations in cottage windows, but no actors! It seems there's going to be a one-off 'Christmas Special' as well as 8 episodes in the last of the series.
So then we went on to Polzeath for a beach walk. It was cold and windy and mostly grey!
