Long road out of xEdenx Nelson!

200 kms into a 400+ two day ride after stopping for fuel I was waiting for a friend who had been held up with road works. 
It was a good days riding especially once we left the main highway where the bends were sweeping and able to be taken briskly.
An evening spent in the pub before a good nights sleep ready for day two.

The news prior to sleep was disturbing, Russia need to pull back and I hope sanctions are going to be enough as there is already too much loss of life. And then closer to home the anarchists, no longer protesters, were removed from parliament grounds which many believe had gone on too long.

Oh for a peaceful world.
