Phase One

A very boring Blip of the turbo trainer I bought on the recommendation of No 1 son . 
This led to a trip to the local bike shop to buy the kit to attach my old bike.  After 2 trips out on the bike in Lockdown,  I concluded I would never use it again so might as well put it to some good use
