the last week i have used a sleep app on my watch to see what my nights are like….it’s very interesting to see how rem, light and deep sleep change during the night….and of course the. orange bits when it says awake…..i am just curious to see if i can and need to change them….

Another trip to town to have coffee with a friend, picking up an order and some bits at M&S….i popped into a clothes shop to say hi to a friend who works there……a dangerous thong because they sell lovely things…..i bought a grey linen pair of wide leg trousers…..that’s me sorted for the summer…
