A day of baking ...

I've had SOOOO much to get through today, including baking some goodies for the boys' school Spring Fair tomorrow. I'm setting up the cake stall, so thought I'd better donate some cakes/cup cakes to sell. Concentrated on red velvet. So tomorrow I might blip the finished products.

In amongst all that, dealing with the fact that today is the second anniversary of my dear dad's tragic departure from planet earth. No goodbyes ... It's been sad and I've had a few cries and spoken to both my sisters, which cheered me up. I like being the youngest ...
