Wallington

Woke to a beautiful sunny freezing cold day, and went straight out for a lovely stroll along the river that runs through the estate. Ice cream for some in the walled garden, nice warm coffee for the saner amongst us.

After lunch, Lou took us for a tour of the house (this one, in the phot0), and I learned lots about the Trevelyan family who owned it an donated it to the National Trust. Brilliant stuff.

Finished the day with a sunset walk round the estate with Em.
