Heron portrait 2

It's that old heron again! I do love them with their gangly gait and their rather dead pan expressions. They hang out all around the fish depot by the pier and are quite used to people.

This blipping thing is going to get me in trouble - I'm so tuned in to looking for possible blips that when I'm driving it's all I can do to keep my eyes on the road - there are so many distractions - the way the sun's shining on the hill over there, the new lambs in the fields, the juxtaposition of those farm buildings, the cloud over that mountain.... sorry officer, just had to take a photo for my blip! Must concentrate!!
