Nanaimo with friends

Someone brought these treats to church. They were yummy. I took a picture to send my friend because we spent a whole day in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. We could have explored the town or walked through the community or even gone down by the shore but we decided to have a drink in a bar and chat. The next thing we knew is that we had to hurry back to our cruise ship. We spent the entire afternoon in a bar in Nanaimo and loved it.
